The League of Life and Health Insurers of Maryland, Inc. (The League) was formed in 1989 to serve the life and health insurers in Maryland in meeting their legislative and regulatory needs. For almost 30 years, The League has served as the trade association for the life and health insurance industry and remains a leading voice before the Maryland General Assembly, the Maryland Insurance Administration, the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, and other state regulatory agencies on insurance.
